Grand Opening Set for Spring 2013 at Shores in Marina del Rey

Even if it is a construction site now, it still has amazing views!

Construction at Shores in Marina del Rey is in full swing, with the Spring 2013 grand opening in sight!  Those who live or work in the area, or who watch our construction on the live camera, can see the significant progress being made—and can easily envision the stunning ocean and marina views Shores residents will enjoy.

Over 800 have already signed up on the community interest list, and it’s growing weekly.  “Our interest list members have been patiently waiting for Shores to be completed, and we are only a few months away from pre-leasing the first apartments to be ready for occupancy,” said David O. Levine, spokesperson for Shores.

We would like to send out special thanks to those who responded to our survey and request for feedback about lifestyle issues. Added Levine: “The social component of Shores is a major focus for us, and much of the Shores lifestyle will center around the large outdoor gathering spaces we have created in our expansive courtyard. We wanted to give our early interest list members an opportunity to have their voices heard, to show them that we are building this community for them. We want our residents to feel like Shores is their home.”

If you have not yet registered on the Interest List, it’s not too late to be a part of the final community planning at Shores. You can register here.
